Background
Luke graduated from Liverpool's John Moore's University with a BSc (Honours) in Construction Management & Engineering. His professional qualifications include NDT Level 2 Certifications in ET (Eddy Current testing) and MT (Magnetic Particle testing).
Luke specialises in the advanced non-destructive testing method Pulsed Eddy Current Array (PECA) and possesses extensive experience in corrosion analysis and material state evaluation of ship structures and offshore assets. He also holds the position of Responsible Welding Coordinator (RWC) to EX2 and is involved in offering expert technical field support to Brookes Bell's core investigation team.
